My breathwork journey described in a few words. This is what breathwork is about for me.

 

The gentle power of the breath to my inner world, in order to find more freedom in the external world. Whatever it is that is needed in the moment, the breath is my magic weapon.

 

Reach deep relaxation. Shine my consciousness on a specific theme. Create more presence in the very moment. Come out of my head into my body. Allow myself to feel heavy emotions. Soothe my nervous system, when I let myself get carried away by too much masculine energy.

 

My breath as my magical weapon, which allows me to meet myself and the world arround me with more consciousness. With breathwork I can descend deeper into myself and... connect with others more and more.
